Name Change

Sorry about not posting as often but I promise I will post more often.Elite Consulting  changed their name; because they had such bad press under Elite Consulting inc. so basically to trick people into thinking that they are not Elite anymore or more so to confuse people they change the name so they have less bad press on Google. If you have to trick people into coming in for an interview that should be a red flag.

Do your research !

A Blueprint for Bullshit

Elite Consulting Inc., soon-to-be Lotus Global, is one of the biggest wastes of time you can submit an application–and yourself– to. I have some inside info to offer you, which will be released in segments. To start, I’d like to offer you an overview of the company.

Elite Consulting/Lotus Global is a company that thrives on door-to-door sales for Verizon Fios services. Because of this, when recruiting to fill these positions, the company’s management targets college-aged people who are willing to try anything to get money. They know that older people are usually unwilling to sell door-to-door and/or less physically capable of doing so.

Management also hawks applicants who have their own vehicles, promising them a gas compensation (In reality, though, that extra money isn’t automatic, but rather, contingent upon them making 12-15 sales per week, which is extremely difficult/borderline impossible). Oh, and did I mention that the sales they try to make are NOT to people who’ve expressed interest in Verizon Fios services, but rather, random residents of Rhode Island and Massachusetts cities and towns like Cranston, North Kingstown, Central Falls, and Pawtucket, “territory” that has been reused by management for more than FIVE YEARS? If people don’t want the services, they don’t want them. And if these people get visited multiple times by sales people for the same product, the chances that their reactions to seeing sales people at their homes are hostile increases. More on that later.

Like I said, I have a LOT of insider information about this company. This is because I was a part of its management for a short period of time recently, and I know first-hand the injustices and utter neglect of professionalism that Elite Consulting makes a part of employees day-to-day work lives. I will be releasing much, much more information about this sorry excuse for a business in the coming weeks, but only if there are people who want to hear it.

Please sound off in the comments! What brought you to this blog? What would you like to know more about?
